The E-frame was designed specifically for Elekta’s Precise Patient Table Cavity Pit and can be used for all of Elekta’s Linear accelerators in both remodel & new construction projects. It can be modified to accommodate any field condition(s).

• Remote consulting services includes assistance to the entire team with scheduling, coordination, budgeting, value engineering in addition to sharing successful practices for both new and remodel retrofit projects.

• The E-frame is built by Union tradesmen in a controlled environment.

• It is of precise dimensions, height and squareness as related to Elekta’s Precise Patient Table Cavity Pit tolerance requirement of 2mm.

• Solid anchoring devices and two stage adjustable legs for elevation, alignment tolerances, and clear access for concrete placement and finishing practices.

• ISO centers, electrical zones, and the gantry orientation are pre-established and clearly identified on the E-frame.

• Integrated into the design is a built in concrete screed system to establish the top of the concrete cavity pit slab allowing for precise flatness and levelness.

• An aluminum concrete cavity pit strike-off that works in conjunction with the screed system.

• Installation guide including illustrations depicting true conditions is available through log on.

• A thorough quality inspection is made by our Quality Control Manager prior to delivery to ensure stringent tolerance of 2mm is met.
